Esther Williams is an internationally known educator, author and licensed professional counselor. She has the ability to establish rapport with her audiences and her presentations are high-energy, educational, entertaining and inspiring. Esther has 25 years’ experience in public education, both in and out of the classroom. She is currently consults in helping people with disabilities cope in the academic and professional field. As a teacher and school counselor she worked directly with youth with disabilities in schools and helped them find the school support that they needed to be academically and socially successful. Esther is also the parent of two children with disabilities that qualified them for academic accommodations from elementary into graduate school. Her background in public education and experience as a parent, gives me a unique perspective on the IEP or 504 processes.
